Cynthia L. Kyle Bio

Cynthia L. Kyle received her education and training from Cornell University. She is a certified mediator and arbitrator through New York State Office Court Administration and the Center for Dispute Settlement. Cynthia has lived in Rochester New York for most of her life and has a private practice in that area.

Having successfully resolved hundreds of cases involving discrimination claims, employee / management disputes, interpersonal conflict involving families and contractual matters, Cynthia’s resolution of these cases has helped preserve working and personal relationships, saved time, money and also kept conflicts from escalating to a more formal process. These cases are generally resolved in a matter of hours as opposed to using other processes that may take months. Her skills and expertise in the area of discrimination have been utilized by both Fortune 500 Companies as well as smaller businesses.

She has been an entrepreneur in the service industry for thirty years, with the last thirteen years as a mediator, arbitrator and negotiator. Her diverse experiences have made her skilled in working with different segments of the population on cases that are often highly volatile and complex in nature, many involving a high risk to security.

Cynthia has the ability and expertise to rapidly assess the party’s blocks to communication, establish trust and ultimately resolve disputes expeditiously.
